The main goal of this paper is to explain various approaches to entrepreneurship interdisciplinary approach in order to come up with a model for entrepreneurship education. The study question is whether entrepreneurship education domain can be promoted to an interdisciplinary level and what scientific discipline is involved in entrepreneurship education. To answer the study question, the author used quality methodology based on the results of the previous studies. Library study of available sources will bring one to the conclusion that entrepreneurship education consists of two basic approaches: behavioral and interdisciplinary which will give birth to three methods of theoretical, experimental, and interdisciplinary education. The result showed that Interdisciplinary approach can be further divided into supra-disciplinary (science and art), interdisciplinary (sociology, psychology, management, economics and marketing), and intra-disciplinary (knowledge and function) each covering a key aspect of entrepreneurship education. There is a methodology for entrepreneurship education which tries to convey the true concept of entrepreneurship in all three levels to students, and its usefulness has been proven by, at least, two case studies which have been explained in this paper.

The roles of heads of departments, as one of the management pillars in higher education system, have not been sufficiently evaluated. Today, the heads of departments need a set of competencies or multiple intelligences to manage environmental issues. Hence, developing the heads of departments’ competencies is one of the major challenges in the higher education system. In this regard, this study was conducted to develop the competencies of heads of departments. For this purpose, a framework consisting of a broad set of competencies required in the form of multiple intelligences has been proposed, and the causal relations of intelligence using the fuzzy DEMATEL technique were studied. The results have shown that cognitive intelligence as the most influential and important intelligence belonging to causal group and innovative intelligence as the most effective intelligence belonging to effect group contribute to the development of management competencies of university departments.

Abstract: The purpose of the present research is to survey the ontology of the third generation of distant education with an emphasis on Payame nnor University of distance education. The Method of this research was qualitative and descriptive. Based on this method, documents were used for gathering data. On the one hand, the ontology of the third generation of distant education is based on a postmodern point of view. This is based on multicultural education and aims to create equal opportunities. On the other hand, the philosophy of educational system of Iran is theistic (Islamic) realism. According to this philosophy, reality exists outside the mind and fact is universal. According to this point of view, human being enjoys great magnificence. It is important to consider different human needs and will. However, there is a gap between theory and practice. Iran’s distant education is still in the second generation and to enter the third generation, the elimination of executive obstacles including decentralization, cooperation between educational experts and engineers of IT, a change in syllabuses and especially society's specialized understanding of the concept of distant education is required.
