Today, the commercialization of research results towards social-economic development and future success of communities has become an undeniable necessity. Commercialization is an important part of innovation process and any technology and products will not be marketed without it. Giving importance to knowledge and technology to provide the necessary conditions for economic growth and technological community will provide economic benefits for many organizations in implementation of commercialization. The aim of this study was to identify and rank factors that influence business-related research and entrepreneurship in higher education institutions in Zahedan also offering affective solutions based on the results, overall, fourteen factors were identified which after ranking of these factors, supportive factor as the most important factor and education–research factor as the least important factor was identified.

The present research aimed at investigating the factors affected on the academic entrepreneurial intention among students of Payam-e-Noor in Shiraz city. This paper is a descriptive-correlational based on applied goal and the method of data collection and analysis. Population present research included all Shiraz Payam-e -Noor University students that the sample size is determined using a sample of 183 students and a stratified random sampling obtained by Cochran Formula. Data collection for the study is a combination of close questionnaire and measure for all variables on the basis of Likert five-option scale was applied to measure all parts of model. In addition to the inferential statistics for the analysis method, path analysis was used to evaluate hypotheses. The results indicated that the highest correlation with academic entrepreneurial intention is the attitude to academic entrepreneurship and social capitals, social norms, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, taking have significant direct effects additional indirect effects on entrepreneurial intention through perceived behavioral control and attitude toward entrepreneurship variable. Furthermore, all of these variables in this study, 32% of the variation in academic entrepreneurial intention are explained.

Together with the arrival of the information age and knowledge economy, still industrial infrastructure and related capabilities and skills for different communities is important. To achieve this objective, the strengthening and development of professional training seem necessary. This paper aimed to study the causes and motives for attending technical college and professional employing descriptive research design. The population was students of the Ayatollah Hassanzadeh Amoli Vocational-Technical Training Institute which of them a sample of 148 students have been selected using single stage clustering methodology. Data collected by questionnaire. Results showed that from the view point of students, potential employment, short-term training and technical school, society attitude have the less impact on students’ enrollment. In contrast, the effect of factors such as the possibility of higher education, income, employment opportunities and families’ encouragement was high. Based on demographic and contextual variables, there was significant difference among students’ attitudes on seven studied factors.

In this research the relationship between perception of the classroom environment and students academic adjustment was studied in the faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences in University of Tehran. The research method was descriptive-correlational and study population consisted of all of the students in the faculty (N=6728). Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size. The number of 363 people were selected as the selection method was stratified. Tow questionnaires was used; perception of the classroom environment and the academic adjustment. Content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts’ opinions and their reliability was approved by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In this article the results showed that there is a considerable positive relation (with the P<0.01) between the perception of the classroom environment and students academic adjustment. The stepwise regression analysis showed that between all the perception of the classroom environment components, only selection component could predict the students academic adjustment.

Organizational intelligence and organizational agility are two important variables in the management of organization and the effective factors of competitive advantage and keeping pace the organizations with rapid changes in their environment, as the scholars of the organization have been focused on them in recent decades. The current study was a descriptive-correlational study. Study population of this research was selected among all the employees of Isfahan University (594 people), based on Morgan’s sampling table (234 people) by simple random sampling. In order to collect data, two questionnaires including Albrecht’s organizational intelligence questionnaire (2003) and Spitzer’s organizational agility questionnaire (2007) were used. In order to analyze the data, two analytical methods, including one sample t-test and Pearson correlation were used. The results indicate unfavorable organizational agility and intelligence at the University of Isfahan. Pearson's correlation test results indicate the significant positive relationship between organizational intelligence and organizational agility.

The purpose of this research was the analysis of relationship between demographic characteristics of students and their satisfaction about educational quality in Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center. Research method of this study was descriptive and correlational method. Statistical population of study were students who involved in Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center (N=2264). Sample size was determined by Cochran’s formula (n=168). Sampling method was stratified random sampling. Research instrument was questionnaire. Face and content validity verified by faculty members of agricultural extension and education. Also, reliability of instrument was determined by Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.71-0.87). Descriptive results showed that student satisfaction about “quality of educational management and rules” was highest priority but their satisfaction about “quality of educational facilities and infrastructure” was lowest priority. Generally, satisfaction level of students about educational quality was assessed relatively favorable. Inferential statistics results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between variables such as age, job background, average, satisfaction of major and satisfaction of educational quality.

Measuring Electronic Learning Readiness of Semnan University Students

Our goal was to investigate readiness of Semnan University students in application of e-learning. This investigation was a descriptive-analytical and applied study. The study population consisted of 16500 students and sample size was calculated to be 380 people according to Morgan's Table. In this study we use a questionnaire that designed by the researcher and using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the questionnaire reliability was estimated 0.92. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS. The study showed that the overall e-readiness rate of Semnan University was good and it was more than "Expected Level of Readiness" and suitable platforms were also provided for the University to enter the field of IT. Although, in some factors such as “Motivation” readiness rate of students were shorter than Expected Level of Readiness. Furthermore, The study showed that students of Electrical and Computer Engineering Faculty are ready to e-learning more than other students.
