اعتباریابی مقیاس رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف کلی از انجام این پژوهش، اعتباریابی مقیاس رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان بود. جامعة‌ آماری تحقیق نیز، شامل کلیة گروه‌های آموزشی (59 گروه) دانشگاه شیراز بود. پس از تفکیک گروه‌ها به پنج زیرگروه فنی و مهندسی، علوم پایه، علوم انسانی، دامپزشکی و کشاورزی، و هنر و معماری، پنج گروه آموزشی از زیرگروه‌های مذکور، به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. در گروه‌های منتخب، کلیة دانشجویان سال چهارم دورة کارشناسی به عنوان نمونة‌ تحقیق، مقیاس رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان را تکمیل نمودند. به منظور محاسبۀ روایی مقیاس با استفاده از روش تحلیل گویه، همبستگی بین گویه‌ها با نمرات کل هر بعد محاسبه شد که نتیجه به دست آمده بیانگر روایی بالای مقیاس بود، و همچنین نتیجۀ آلفای کرونباخ نیز نشان داد که این مقیاس از پایایی بالایی برخوردار است. نتیجۀ تحلیل عامل تأییدی نیز نشان داد که هر کدام از ابعاد ششگانه، از روایی بالایی برای تبیین رضایت تحصیلی دانشجویان برخوردار هستند.

The main goal of this study was to validate the students’ academic satisfaction scale. Statistical population consisted of all the academic departments of Shiraz University. After separating the departments into humanities, applied science, technology and engineering, agriculture and art sub groups, amongst five groups were selected randomly and the entire senior undergraduate students filled the scale as samples. To compute the scale validity the items’ correlation with the total scores of each dimension was estimated using item analysis method. The result showed a high validity and also the results of cronbach’s alpha showed a high reliability of the scale. The results showed high validity (item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha) of each dimensions of the questionnaire.
