بررسی رابطة ابعاد سرمایة فکری با یادگیری سازمانی (مورد مطالعه: اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ارومیه)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی مؤلّفه‌های یادگیری سازمانی بر اساس ابعاد سرمایة فکری در میان اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه ارومیه انجام شده است. با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، 70 نفر عضو هیئت علمی به صورت طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم هر یک از دانشکده‌ها به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سرمایة فکری و یادگیری سازمانی استفاده شد. برای روایی پرسشنامه‌ها نیز از متخصصان مدیریت بهره گرفته شد. میزان پایایی نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در یک مطالعه مقدماتی روی یک نمونة 30 نفری، پرسشنامة سرمایة فکری 813/0= α و پرسشنامة یادگیری سازمانی 828/0 =α به دست آمد. داده‌های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از تحلیل مانوا و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه تحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که: بین ابعاد سرمایة فکری با مؤلّفه‌های یادگیری سازمانی، رابطة مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین سرمایة انسانی، ساختاری و مشتری، رابطة پیش‌بینی‌کننده معنی‌دار با مؤلّفه‌های یادگیری سازمانی دارند

چکیده [English]

The present study has been done with the aim of prediction of factors of organizational learning based on intellectual capital dimensions among faculty members of Urmia University. 70 people of faculty members were randomly chosen through correlational research method. Data were gathered through two researcher-made organizational learning and intellectual capital questionnaires. The reliability of questionnaires were measured by Cronbach coefficient on a sample of 30 people; the intellectual capital dimensions questionnaire α= 0/813 and organizational learning questionnaire α= 0/828. The gathered data were analyzed with MANOVA analysis and Multiple Regression. The attained results revealed that there is a positive significant relationship between the whole dimensions of intellectual capital with all factors of organizational learning. There is also a positive significant relationship among human capital, structural and customer with factors of organizational learning
