طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی مدیریت کیفیت فعالیت‌های پژوهشی اعضای هیئت ‌علمی دانشگاه‌ها

چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی از اجرای این پژوهش، طراحی و اعتباریابی الگوی مدیریت کیفیت فعالیت‌های پژوهشی اعضای هیئت‌ علمی دانشگاه‌ها بود؛
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش، آمیخته اکتشافی بود و با 14 تن از صاحب‌نظران حوزه کیفیت پژوهشی دانشگاه‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند انجام گرفت. پس از اشباع نظری، ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های مدیریت کیفیت فعالیت‌های پژوهشی اعضای هیئت ‌علمی دانشگاه‌ها، استخراج و الگو طراحی شد؛ الگوی طراحی شده برای اعتباریابی در اختیار افراد مصاحبه شده قرار گرفت و 12 تن از آنها نظرات خود را (میزان اعتبار الگو) ارائه دادند.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، مهم‌ترین ابعاد و مؤلفه مدیریت کیفیت فعالیت‌های پژوهشی، شامل بُعد بسترسازی (فرهنگی/ارزشی، ارتباطاتی/ اطلاعاتی، قوانین، تجهیزات، رفع موانع، منابع مالی و تخصص‌گرایی)؛ بُعد سیاست‌ها و مأموریت‌ها (سیاست‌ها، هدف‌ها و مأموریت)؛ بُعد برنامه‌ریزی (شناسایی مسائل و نیازها، هدف‌گذاری، تدوین برنامه، تمهید عملیاتی شدن برنامه، فعالیت‌ها و همکاری مشترک، تعیین تکالیف و وظایف)؛ بعد نظام‌های حمایتی-تشویقی (ایجاد مشوق و انگیزه، راهنمایی و مشاوره، کاهش درگیری‌های آموزشی و اجرایی، توانمندسازی و توانمندیابی و اخلاق‌گرایی) و بُعد نظارت و ارزیابی (تصحیح شاخص‌ها و فرایندهای پژوهشی، نظارت بر فرایند پژوهشی، شناسایی و تحلیل اثربخشی پژوهش‌ها، توجه به کاربست پژوهش‌ها و ارائه بازخورد) است. همچنین بررسی آماری نشان داد که الگو از نظر صاحب‌نظران حوزه کیفیت پژوهشی دانشگاه‌ها، از اعتبار کافی و مناسب برخوردار است. برای ارتقای کیفیت فعالیت‌های پژوهشی اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌ها، پیگیری و اجرایی کردن این الگو راهگشا خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The main purpose of this research was to design and validate the quality management model of the research activities of university faculty members.
Methods: The research method was exploratory mixed and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 experts in the field of quality of university research. After theoretical saturation, dimensions and components of quality management of research activities of university faculty members were extracted and the model was designed. The designed model for validation was provided to the interviewees and 12 of them provided their opinions ( model validity).
Results & Conclusion: Based on the research findings, the most important dimensions and components of quality management of research activities, including dimension of )cultural / value, communication / information, laws, equipment, barriers, financial resources and specialization( dimension of policies and missions )policies, goals and mission( after planning )Identifying issues and needs, setting goals, formulating a plan, preparing the program for operation, joint activities and cooperation, assigning tasks and tasks( dimension of support-incentive systems, )creating incentives, guidance and counseling, reducing conflicts Educational and executive, empowerment and empowerment and ethics( and then monitoring and evaluation is )the correction of research indicators and processes, monitoring the research process, identifying and analyzing the effectiveness of research, paying attention to the application of research and providing feedback(.
Also, the statistical study showed that the model has sufficient and appropriate validity in the opinion of experts in the field of research quality in universities. To improve the quality of research activities of university faculty members, following and implementing this model will be helpful.
