شناسایی مولفه ها و شاخص های الگوی مدیریتی برای دانشگاه های دولتی(دانشگاه های سطح یک ایران)

چکیده

هدف: هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی مولفه ها و شاخص های الگوی مدیریتی برای دانشگاه های دولتی ایران (دانشگاه های سطح یک) در سال 1398 است.
روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق، ترکیبی (کیفی- کمّی) است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش کیفی، مدیران دانشگاهی و خبرگان آموزش عالی و در بخش کمّی، معاونان و روسای دانشگاه های سطح یک آموزش عالی ایران می باشند. در بخش کیفی، 39 نفر با روش گلوله برفی و در بخش کمّی 222 نفر با روش طبقه ای نسبی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها در بخش کیفی، بررسی مبانی نظری و مصاحبه با مدیران و خبرگان با استفاده از روش دلفی و در بخش کمّی، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته با ضریب پایایی، 89/0 است. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای SPSS استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، الگوی مدیریتی با 38  شاخص در 7 دسته، دسته بندی شد که شامل ارزیابی کیفیت، سیاست گذاری، الگوهای مدیریت و رهبری، سازو کارهای مالی، خودمختاری، برنامه ریزی و نظارت دولتی بودند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the components and indicators of the management model in the public universities of Iran (top universities) in 2018.
Methods: The research method is a combinational (qualitative-quantitative) framework. In the qualitative section, the statistical population, was the managers and higher education experts, and in the quantitative section were deans and assistants of universities of the top universities in Iran. In the qualitative section, 39 people were selected by snowball method and in the quantitative section, 222 people were selected through the stratified random sampling. In the qualitative part, the data was collected through analysis of theoretical foundations and interviews with managers and experts using the Delphi method, and in the quantitative part the researcher-made questionnaire was used with a reliability coefficient of 0.89. The data was analyzed in SPSS software.
Results & Conclusion: By reviewing the results, the management model was classified into 7 categories with 38 indicators, which included quality assessment, policy-making, management and leadership models, financial mechanisms.
