This study investigated the morale condition of tutors of teacher education centers and its relationship with selfefficacy. For this purpose, 55 tutors in teacher education centers in Tehran were selected by random sampling. The tools for collecting data included two questionnaires: the morale questionnaire (researchermade) with 85% of reliability, and general selfefficacy (GSE) questionnaire (Sherer et al, 1982) with 86% of reliability. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics, independent samples Ttest, Pearson correlation and oneway ANOVA. The findings of the research show that the morale score of tutors is intermediate and the highest and lowest average is related to the "satisfaction with relations with colleagues" and "satisfaction with salary and privilege" respectively. There is also a positive meaningful relation between the morale of tutors and their selfefficacy. There was not a significant difference between the morale average of male and female tutors. Also on the basis of oneway variance results, it was found that there was not a significant difference between morale average and record of service, and morale average and educational degree.
