تأثیر زیرساخت‌های فناوری بر قابلیت پاسخگویی به محیط با تأکید بر نقش میانجی تسهیم دانش (مورد مطالعه: دانشگاه‌های دولتی قم)

چکیده

هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، بررسیتأثیرزیرساخت‌های فناوری بر قابلیت پاسخگوییبه محیط از طریق تسهیم دانش در دانشگاه‌های دولتی قم بود.جامعه آماری، اعضای هیئت علمی به تعداد 270 نفر بود که 148 نفر از آنها به صورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- پیمایشی و ابزار اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامه بود. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان حوزه مدیریت آموزش عالی و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که زیرساخت‌های فناوری از طریق متغیر میانجی تسهیم دانش بر قابلیت پاسخگویی به دانشگاه‌های قم تأثیر مثبت دارد. همچنین زیرساخت‌های فناوری به‌صورت مستقیم بر قابلیت پاسخگویی به محیط، زیرساخت‌های فناوری بر تسهیم دانش و تسهیم دانش بر قابلیت پاسخگویی به محیط تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد.به‌منظور افزایش قابلیت پاسخگویی می‌توان فرهنگ تسهیم دانش و سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش فناوری را تقویت کرد.

This study aimed at investigating the impact of technology infrastructures on environmental responsiveness focusing on the mediating role of knowledge sharing among public universities in Qom. The statistical population of the study included faculty members of these universities (N=270), among whom 148 faculty members were selected through cluster random sampling method. The research method was categorized as a descriptive-survey and the research measurement tool was mainly focused on questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of the authorities and experts in higher education management. The reliability of questionnaires was confirmed through calculating the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. The results indicated that technology infrastructures had a significant positive impact on environmental responsiveness focusing on the mediating role of knowledge sharing among public universities in Qom. Furthermore, it was found that technology infrastructures had a direct impact on environmental responsiveness and the former had a similar impact on knowledge sharing. Finally, it was indicated that knowledge sharing had a significant positive impact on environmental responsiveness. Conclusively, the culture of knowledge sharing and investment in the technology sector can be strengthened in order to promote responsiveness.
