One of the perfect views in the traditional curriculum models is the Decker Walker model. In this model, the curriculum development process contains three stages: platform, deliberation and design. The main goal of this paper is the analysis of higher education curriculum development based on these three stages of Walker model. Naturalistic existence of the Walker model led the research method to a qualitative one. Therefore, data was collected by interviews with two categories of senior and executive managers in the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The data analysis methods were summarization, categorization and interpretation. The results showed that in Iran, field curriculum is considered as the syllabus. The curriculum planning system in higher education may be apparently compatible with the Walker model, but not in detail. The reasons for this lack of compatibility are the presence of a central and top-down system and lack of curriculum designing centers in universities. In other words, the thing that comes out of curriculum design sessions is a syllabus that is used in departments without any change or sometimes with slight changes.    }, keywords = {Curriculum,curriculum development,Decker Walker model,Higher Education,University,curriculum development models,traditional curriculum development}, title_fa = {تحلیل فرایند طراحی برنامه‌های درسی دانشگاهی در ایران با استفاده از مدل دکر واکر}, abstract_fa = {دیدگاه‌ها و مدل‌های زیادی برای تدوین برنامه‌های درسی و تبیین آن وجود دارد که می‌توان آنها را در دو دسته، سنتی و نومفهوم‌گرایی طبقه بندی کرد. یکی از کامل‌ترین مدل‌های برداشت سنتی از برنامه درسی، مدل دکر واکر است. این مدل فرایند برنامه‌ریزی درسی را در سه مرحله کلی، دیدگاه بنیادی (خط‌مشی اعتقادی)، عمل فکورانه (تأمل و بررسی) و طرح خلاصه کرده است و هدف مقاله حاضر آن است که فرایند تدوین برنامه‌های درسی دانشگاهی با توجه به این سه مرحله تحلیل شود. ماهیت طبیعت گرایانه الگوی واکر روش تحقیق را به سمت کیفی بودن سوق داده و از مصاحبه برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. داده‌ها از دو طبقه مدیران ارشد و میانی وزارت علوم (10 نفر ) جمع‌آوری، مقوله‌بندی و تفسیر شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش بینگر آن است که تلقی از برنامه‌های درسی در کشور، تلقی حداقلی (سرفصل‌های دروس) است و نظام برنامه‌ریزی درسی دانشگاهی به صورت ظاهری با مدل واکر تطابق دارد، اما به دلایلی، از جمله سیستم متمرکز و از بالا به پایین و نبود مراکز تدوین برنامه‌های درسی در دانشگاه‌ها با جزئیات مراحل مدل واکر، هماهنگی نداشته و آنچه از جلسات تدوین برنامه‌های درسی دانشگاهی حاصل می‌شود، سرفصل‌های دروس است که به عنوان سند در گروه‌های آموزشی به صورت کامل و در برخی موارد با اعمال تغییرات جزئی، اجرا می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {برنامه درسی,برنامه‌ریزی درسی,مدل دکر واکر,آموزش عالی,دانشگاه,مدل‌های برنامه‌ریزی درسی,برنامه‌ریزی درسی سنتی}, url = {https://journal.sanjesh.org/article_29878.html}, eprint = {https://journal.sanjesh.org/article_29878_c16390b7910b07af18876a8c7c14c15b.pdf} }
