This descriptive research was categorized as a causal-comparative research type. The statistical population was composed of teachers of all secondary schools in Tehran in the academic year 2014-2015. Then, 193 teachers were selected as the sample group using multistage cluster sampling method. The research tool was limited to the “Questionnaire on the Impact of University Entrance Exam from the Viewpoint of Teachers” (Fathabadi, 2014). The research data were analyzed using the T-test, One-sample T-test, Independent T-test and MANOVA, which were analyzed later by SPSS Software (Version 24). The results of data analysis showed that the University Entrance Exam had significant impacts on teachers’ preferences and teaching (p<0/001), teachers’ evaluation (p<0/001), students’ motivation to learn (p<0/001), teachers’ target-setting and attitudes (p<0/001) and teachers' attitudes towards preparation classes for the University Entrance Exam (p<0/001). Also, these findings showed that there was no significant difference between the impacts of University Entrance Exam on male and female teachers in such fields as mathematics and physics, empirical sciences and humanities in public and non-governmental schools in different educational districts of Tehran (p>0/05).The goal of this research was to investigate the impact of University Entrance Exam on teaching and evaluation from the viewpoints of teachers. This applied research was categorized as a descriptive survey in terms of data collection procedure. The statistical population of the study included all the experts (N=120) who participated in in-service training courses. The sample size was determined as 92 individuals using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was limited to Stufflebeam's CIPP Evaluation Model. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by collecting the viewpoints of professors and experts in the field of educational management and its reliability was estimated as 0.93 using the Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient method. The data were analyzed through T-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Friedman tests. The results revealed that there was a significant difference between the dimensions of “context” and “process” and “desirable status” and it did not have the sufficient effectiveness. However, the mean of dimensions of “input” and “output” and the “desired status” was not significant and, thus, it was characterized with appropriate effectiveness. Regarding the test on ranking the dimensions, it was found that the “output” was of utmost importance from the viewpoint of learners. This study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of in-service training courses in Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences in the academic year 2016-2017 using the CIPP Model. To do this end, a descriptive survey method was used. The statistical population of this research was composed of graduate students of Urmia University (N=1453), out of them 300 students were randomly selected as the research sample using Morgan Table. The research tool was limited to the researcher-made questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by experts (faculty members). Regarding the reliability of the forenamed questionnaire, it was attempted to make use of Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. As such, the educational and research dimensions received coefficients of 0.89 and 0.91, respectively. Next, the Kano Model and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis indicated that the most important motivational, fundamental and functional requirements in the educational services sector were as follows: providing clear guidance on learner`s activities, determining the role of trainer and evaluating statistical techniques and research methods. Also, timely allocation of research grants, sufficient familiarity with typing and the principles of research writing, timing the task completion and provision of tools needed to monitor learning progress were considered the most important motivational, fundamental and functional requirements in the research services sector. The aim of this study was to identify the effective factors on graduate students’ satisfaction in higher education system using Kano Model. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of professors’ organizational citizenship behaviors on the improvement of students’ entrepreneurial behaviors. Actually, it was a descriptive-correlational study that studied a statistical population of 62 professors of the Islamic Azad University (Shirvan Branch) as well as 2800 students who were studying in the academic year 2015-2016 in this university. The professors were selected through the census method but the students were selected through quota random sampling method (N=338) based on Krejcie & Morgan Table. The data collection tools were limited to the Entrepreneurship Questionnaire (Aghaee, 2008) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (Oregon and Kanovsky, 1996). It should be noted that these questionnaires were characterized with acceptable face and content validity. Besides, the Cronbach's Alpha coefficients of Entrepreneurship Questionnaire and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire were determined as 0.82 and 0.87, respectively. Next, the data were analyzed using SPSS Software (Version 18). The results showed that the level of organizational citizenship behavior among the professors of Islamic Azad University (Shirvan Branch) was above the average level (65.04) but the entrepreneurial behaviors of the students was low (45.24). To do so, it was attempted to adopt the case study research approach to collect the required quantitative and qualitative data from various information sources (related literature on educational management, high-level documents, experiences of top domestic and foreign universities and the viewpoints of graduates and employers in this field) in order to propose a new curriculum for the field of educational management. Next, questionnaires, interviews and document analysis were used to collect the required data. Regarding the results of data analysis, it was tried to specify the general characteristics of the curriculum, including the subjects of new lessons along with their full specifications such as general and specific objectives of lessons, the strengths of and expectations from the course, syllabus, learning-teaching method and evaluation method as well as the list of suggested resources. This experience was passed as a successful experience at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and, later, it was approved by the Curriculum Council of this university. The main objective of this study was to present the experience of revising the curriculum of Educational Management Master's degree at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Next, the Cronbach’s Alpha was used to determine the reliability coefficient for each questionnaire (faculty members=0.97, experts=0.96, status quo= 0.88 and the desired situation=0.88). The descriptive and inferential statistics (Paired Samples T-Test) were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that there was a significant difference between the status quo and the desired situation in terms of IRPHE’s goals. Furthermore, three general factors were analyzed in this study; Input Factors (i.e. financial resources and facilities), Process Factor (i.e. group management, out-group activities and group-based functions) and Output Factors (i.e. academic output, research products, social services and administrative activities). According to the mentioned three factors, it was found that the quality of each factor was relativity desirable.Abstract: The purpose of this study was to internally examine the research groups in the Institute for Research and Planning in Higher Education (IRPHE). The statistical population consisted of all theses in the field of educational technology in three Allameh Tabatabai, Kharazmi and Arak universities with 338 copies, and in the second phase, interviews with 26 faculty members and Ph.D. students of educational technology were selected through purposeful sampling. For data analysis, content analysis and descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and percentage) were used. The results showed that subject diversity is very wide; research has less focused on the new field of educational technolog and More attention is paid to the traditional perception of this field. Most researches have been carried out using quantitative methods with 96.66% and quality methods have been neglected and underestimated by 3.54% of them.
