آموزش کارآفرینی: حلقه مفقوده آموزش عالی

چکیده

گسترش شتابان دانشگاه‌ها در سال‌های اخیر به اشتغال دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاهی دامن زده، به گونه‌ای که جامعه با پدیده‌ای به نام فارغ‌التحصیلان بیکار مواجه شده است. ساختار‌های موجود دانشگاه‌ها نیز در حال حاضر با هدف آموزش تخصصی شکل گرفته است و کمتر آموزش کار‌آفرینی را مد نظر قرار داده است. هر چند در حال حاضر آموزش کار‌آفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها، تا حدودی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است با این حال تا رسیدن به وضع مطلوب فاصله زیادی وجود دارد. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی آموزش کار‌آفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها است. از‌ این‌رو به بررسی شیوه‌های آموزشی کار‌آفرینی در دانشگاه‌ها پرداخته شده و با استفاده از تجارب کشورهای موفق در آموزش کار‌آفرینی در سطح دانشگاه، مدلی را برای آموزش کار‌آفرینی ارائه می‌دهد. روش کار اسنادی است و برای گرد‌آوری اطلاعات از اسناد و مدارک داخلی و خارجی، پایگاه‌های اطلاع‌رسانی معتبر، کتاب‌ها و مقالات معتبر استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که کار‌آفرینی، مهارتی قابل آموزش بوده و شیوه‌های مختلفی برای آموزش آن وجود دارد. از جمله آنها آموزش کار‌آفرینی به صورت ارائه واحد‌های درسی، ارائه دوره‌های کار‌آفرینی به صورت رسمی در قالب دوره‌های کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا و ادغام مهارت‌های کار‌آفرینی با سایر دروس می‌باشد.

One of the problems of university graduates is employment. Rapid expansion of universities in recent years has fueled the problem so that the community is faced with a phenomenon called unemployed graduates. The structures of the university are currently formed based on the aim of Specialized Training and less attention is paid to entrepreneurship education. Although more attention has been given to entrepreneurship education in universities, it is not desirable yet. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the methods of entrepreneurship education in universities and to provide a model for entrepreneurship education at university level by using the experiences of successful countries in entrepreneurship education.
The method used is document, and internal and external documents, databases and authoritative information, books and articles are used for gathering data. . The results show that Entrepreneurship is a skill which can be taught, and there are various methods for teaching it such as offering entrepreneurship training courses, e.g., offering formal entrepreneurship courses  at Master’s and PhD degrees and integration  of Entrepreneurial skills with other subjects.
