شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی سرفصل‌ها و محتوای دوره‌های آموزش کارآفرینی بر اساس کارکردهای کسب‌وکار

چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی سرفصل‌ها و محتوای دوره‌های آموزش کارآفرینی بر اساس کارکردهای کسب‌وکار است. این تحقیق، از نظر هدف کاربردی است، که بر مبنای راهبرد پیمایش و به صورت تک مقطعی به انجام رسیده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را کلیه افراد شرکت‌کننده در دوره‌های آموزش مهارت‌های کسب و کار و کارآفرینی وزارت کار در استان کرمانشاه تشکیل دادند، که 176 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ای دو بخشی بود که بخش اول آن به شناسایی مهارت‌های مورد نیاز و بخش دیگر آن به شناسایی ویژگی‌های فردی پاسخگویان اختصاص داشته است. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت اطلاعات و فنّاوری، مدیریت بازاریابی، مدیریت امور عملیاتی، مدیریت ریسک، مدیریت راهبردی و مدیریت مالی به ترتیب در اولویت‌های اول تا هفتم قرار داشتند. همچنین مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌ها نیز شامل مؤلفه‌های "سازماندهی" و "کارگزینی" در قالب بعد "مدیریت منابع انسانی" و مؤلفه‌های "ثبت و ضبط اطلاعات" و "کسب اطلاعات" در قالب بعد "مدیریت اطلاعات و فنّاوری" بودند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize syllabuses and contents of entrepreneurship training program based on business functions. The current applied research is carried out according to survey cross sectional methods. Statistical population contained all candidates who participated in business and entrepreneurship skills training program (N=1000) held by Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Kermanshah province. 176 people were randomly selected from this population. Research tool was a questionnaire containing two parts. The first part includes identifying essential skills. And the second part contains demographic characteristics of respondents. Results showed that dimensions include; "human resources management", "information and technology management", "marketing management", "operational issues management", "risk management", "strategically management" and "financial management" are respectively ranked from one to seven. Also the most important components included: "organizing", "staffing" in the frame of “human resources management", and "compiling and recording information" and "information gathering" in the frame of "information and technology management".
