مقایسه ادراک استادان و نومعلمان از نقش دانشگاه فرهنگیان در ارتقای بالندگی‌حرفه‌ای دانشجومعلمان

چکیده

هدف: هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه ادراک استادان و نومعلمان از نقش دانشگاه فرهنگیان در ارتقای بالندگی‌حرفه‌ای دانشجومعلمان بوده است.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع علی مقایسه‌ای است. جامعه آماری شامل همه استادان کارورزی و دانش‌آموختگان دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، 27 استاد و 125 نومعلم انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه بالندگی ‌‌حرفه‌ای قرونه (1393) با پایایی 92/0 استفاده‌ شده است. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها علاوه بر آمار توصیفی، از آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای و t گروه‌های مستقل بهره گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، بین ادراک استادان و نومعلمان از نقش دانشگاه فرهنگیان در ارتقای بالندگی حرفه‌ای دانشجومعلمان، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد (05/0 < P). همچنین، دانشگاه فرهنگیان در ارتقای بالندگی آموزشی، فردی و سازمانی دانشجومعلمان بالاتر از حد متوسط، اما در ارتقای بالندگی پژوهشی و خدمات تخصصی پایین‌تر از متوسط عمل کرده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: ارتقای بالندگی پژوهشی و خدمات تخصصی دانشجومعلمان یکی از چالش‌های دانشجویان این دانشگاه است که برنامه‌ریزی مطلوبی را می‌طلبد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the professors and new teachers’ perception of Farhangian University’s role in promoting the professional development of student-teachers.
Methods: The research method is descriptive and comparative causal. The statistical population included all internship professors and graduates of Farhangian University, and 27 professors and 125 new teachers were selected by using stratified random sampling method. For data collection, Qaroneh Professional Development Questionnaire (2014) with a reliability of 0.92 was used. In addition to descriptive statistics, one-sample t-test and independent t-test were used to analyze the data.
Results: According to the research findings, there is no significant difference between the professors and new teachers’ perception of Farhangian university’s role in promoting the professional development of student-teacher’s (P >0.05). Also, Farhangian University has acted above average in promoting the educational, individual and organizational maturity of student-teachers, but below average in promoting the development of research and specialized services.
Conclusion: Promoting the development of research and specialized services of student-teachers is one of the challenges of the students of Farhangian university, and requires a good planning.
