وضعیت مدیریت استعداد در دانشگاه بوعلی سینا و آزمون تعدیل‌گری نقش نوع شغل در ادراک از آن

چکیده

هدف از اجرای پژوهش حاضر، بررسی وضعیت مدیریت استعداد در دانشگاه بوعلی سینا و آزمون تعدیل‌گری نقش نوع شغل در ادراک از آن بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی اعضای هیئت علمی (440نفر) و کارکنان غیر هیئت علمی (735 نفر) دانشگاه بوعلی سینا به تعداد کل 1175 نفر بود که با فرمول کوکران، 290 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. روشپژوهش کمی، توصیفی و از نوع مطالعات پیمایشی و به‌ویژه مطالعات مقطعی است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه 36 سؤالی مدیریت استعداد اوهلی (2007) استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی و روایی ابزار، از تکنیک‌های آلفای کرانباخ و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بهره گرفته شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از آزمون تی تک‌نمونه‌ای، فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره مانووا به وسیله نرم‌افزار Spss25 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت متغیرهای جذب و استخدام نیروی مستعد، شناسایی و تفکیک کارکنان مستعد، به کارگیری استعداد، ایجاد و حفظ روابط مثبت و مدیریت استعداد در کل نمونه بالاتر از سطح متوسط و وضعیت متغیرهای توسعه استعداد و نگهداری استعداد در سطح متوسط بود. مقادیر F مانووا در سطح 01/0 معنی‌دار و نشانگر نقش تعدیل‌گری نوع شغل در ادراک مدیریت استعداد و ابعاد آن در اعضای هیئت علمی و کارکنان بود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status quo of talent management in Bu Ali Sina University, and to test the role of job type in its perception. The study population consisted of all faculty members (440) and non-faculty members (staff)(735) of Bu Ali Sina University with a total of 1175 who were selected by stratified random sampling method through Cochran formula. The research method is quantitative, descriptive and survey type, and especially cross-sectional studies. Oehley (2007) 36-item talent management questionnaire was used for data collection. Cronbach's alpha and confirmatory factor analysis were used to determine the reliability and validity of the instrument. For data analysis, one-sample t-test, Friedman and Manova multivariate analysis of variance were used by Spss25 software. The results showed that: the status of talent recruitment and recruitment variables, identifying and separating talented staff, employing talent, creating and maintaining positive relationships and talent management in the whole sample was above average level, and the status of talent development and talent retention was average level. Manova F values ​​at the 0.01 level were significant and indicated the moderating role of job type in talent management perception and its dimensions in faculty members and staff.
