بررسی رابطه بین بالندگی اعضای هیات علمی و مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی

چکیده

هدف: بالندگی اعضای هیات علمی در دانشگاه­های مدرن با توجه به تغییرات بسیار سریع در عرصه­های فناورانه  یکی از ارکان اساسی توسعه دانشگاه­ها به حساب می آید. از اینرو هدف مقاله حاضر ، شناخت وضعیت بالندگی اعضای هیات علمی و مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی و چگونگی رابطه این دو متغیر است.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش پیمایشی و جامعه آماری مشتمل بر 806 نفر اعضای هیات علمی تمام وقت دانشگاه شهید بهشتی است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سمپل پاور 125 نفر تعیین و از شوه نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که میانگین نمره دو متغیر اصلی تحقیق با 7/2 و 8/2 به ترتیب در بالندگی و مدیریت دانش  از میانگین  مقیاس(عدد 3) پایین­تر و از نظر رتبه ای در سطح نامطلوب قرار دارد. نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه­ای تعمیم پذیری نتایج نمونه­ای را به جامعه آماری تاییدکرد. آزمون ضریب همبستگی کانونی بین دو متغیر به میزان 71% است که شدت همبستگی بین دو متغیر را در سطح قوی تایید می کند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه آنکه هر دو متغیر مدیریت دانش و بالندگی در وضعیت نامناسب قرار داشته و نیازمند تدوین راهبردها و برنامه های مشخص است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Faculty development in modern universities is considered one of the basic pillars of the development of universities, considering the very rapid changes in the technological fields. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to know the Faculty development and knowledge management in Shahid Beheshti University and how these two variables are related.
Methods: This research was conducted by survey method. The statistical population of this study consists of 806 full-time faculty members of Shahid Beheshti University. The sample size was determined to be 125 people.
Results: Findings indicate that the average score of the two main variables of the research with 2.7 and 2.8 in the faculty development and knowledge management, respectively, is lower than the average of the scale (number 3) and is at an unfavorable level in terms of rank. The result of one-sample t-test showed that this result is also confirmed in the statistical community. The focal correlation coefficient test between the two variables is 71%, which confirms the intensity of the correlation between the two variables at a strong level.
Conclusion: As a result, both knowledge management and faculty development are in poor condition and require specific strategy and programs.
