The results showed that the quality of higher education among the target groups was at an average level. Among the effective factors on improving the quality of education, two factors include students and faculty members' status were at the average level and two factors educational facilities and educational content were relatively poor. Regression analysis showed that three variables of faculty members, students, and educational content explained 50.7 percent of dependent's variance (higher education quality).
