Investigating the Effect of Human Resource Management Performance on Employees' Performance with the Intermediary Function of Organizational Learning (Case Study: Staff of Payam Noor Universities in Guilan Province)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the impact of desirable performance of HRM on organizational performance with respect to organizational learning. Given the purpose of research and data collection method, this research was categorized as an applied descriptive (correlational) research. The statistical population of this research included all the staff of Payam Noor University in Guilan Province (N=650). The sampling method was random cluster sampling and the sample size was estimated as 248 using the Cochran’s Formula. Besides, it was attempted to make use of questionnaires in order to collect the required information. Next, Structural Equation Modeling was used to examine the hypotheses using LISREL Software (Version. 8.54). The results showed that high performance of human resource management had positive impact on the performance of the organization. Furthermore, high performance of human resource management had positive impact on organizational learning as well as performance of employees of Payam Noor universities in Guilan Province.
