The purpose of this research is to study and compare the relationship between organizational intelligence and moral intelligence among academic and non-academic administrators in Isfahan public universities. Research method was correlative and causal –comparative. Statistical population of present research consists of all the academic and non-academic administrators in Isfahan public universities in the academic year 1387-88 who were more than 347 people. Statistical sample was 279 people who were randomly selected. Research instruments were organizational intelligence profile by Albrecht with 49 questions and moral intelligence inventory by Lennick & Kiel with 40 questions. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient, one way variance analysis, multivariate regression and multilevel and mixed models. Findings from this research suggest that:1) There was a positive and significant relationship between organizational intelligence indices and moral intelligence among academic administrators with correlation coefficient of r= 0/0239 and non-academic administrators with correlation coefficient of r=0/0705; 2) There was a significant difference among grade averages in organizational intelligence according to university, college and educational department and in moral intelligence for academic administrators according to college and educational department (p<0.01), 3) There was a difference among grade averages of moral intelligence of academic administrators according to being tenure and having a multi-job routine (p<0/05) and finally, there was no difference among grade averages of moral intelligence of non-academic administrators.
