بررسی تجربه پژوهشی دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد و عوامل مؤثر بر آن

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با روش پیمایشی، عوامل تبیین‌کننده تجربه پژوهشی[1] دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد و عوامل مؤثر بر آن را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌ای است که بر مبنای پرسشنامه PREQ طراحی و هنجارسازی شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، آن دسته از دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد می‌باشند که در دوره زمانی مورد مطالعه، طرح مقدماتی پایان‌نامه (پروپوزال) آنها در شورای آموزشی دانشکده به تصویب رسیده است و یا از پایان نامه خود دفاع نموده‌اند. نمونه مورد بررسی بر اساس نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای تعیین گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشـان داد که: بین تمـــام عوامل تبیین‌کننده تجربه پژوهشی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. رضایت کلی دانشــجویان از عوامل هفت‌گانه تبیین‌کننده تجربه پژوهشی، متفاوت است. متغیر جنسیت بر میزان رضایت دانشجویان از عوامل تبیین‌کننده تجربه پژوهشی مؤثر است. نتایج کلی پژوهش نشان داد که به طور کلی، دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد از عوامل مختلف تبیین‌کننده تجربه پژوهشی رضایـت نسبی دارند.

This study surveyed research experience constituents of the Ph.D. students of Ferdowsi university of Mashhad and factors influencing their experience. The data were gathered by means of a questionnaire which was developed based on the Postgraduate Research Experience Questionnaire (PREQ) and then standardized. The statistical population of this study consisted of graduate students who either had their dissertation proposal approved by the Educational Council of their faculty, or had defended their dissertations. Using a stratified random sampling method, 118 questionnaires were collected. The findings showed that there was a significant relationship between all the students' research experience constituents. It was also found that the general satisfaction with the seven constituents of research experience differed significantly among the students. Furthermore, gender was found to be a variable affecting the students' level of satisfaction. The general findings of the study suggest that the Ph.D. students of Ferdowsi University are relatively satisfied with their research experience constituents.
