طراحی مدل پارادایمی دانشگاه باز: براساس پارادایم نوآوری باز

چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی از اجرای این پژوهش طراحی مدل پارادایمی دانشگاه باز بر اساس پارادایم نوآوری باز است که به روش داده بنیاد انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: ابزار گرداوری اطلاعات مصاحبه ساخت یافته و نیمه ساخت یافته که با 10 نفر از متخصصان و پژوهشگران تخصصی در این حوزه، به روش نمونه گیری نظری تا مرحله اشباع نظری انجام شد. در این پژوهش طراحی مدل پارادایمی نوآوری باز دانشگاهی با استفاده از رویکرد نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شده است. بر اساس مصاحبه ها ی انجام شده 446 نکته کلیدی، 130کد باز، 19 کد محوری، 6 کد گزینشی بر اساس متغیرهای رهیافت نظامند استخراج شده است.
یافته‌ها: براساس یافته های پژوهش، مقوله محوری یا پدیده مورد نظر " نوآوری باز دانشگاهی " است. شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه ای، عوامل مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامدها نوآوری باز دانشگاهی شناسایی و معرفی شده اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، مؤلفه‌های مربوط به شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه ای، عوامل مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامدها به منظور استفاده دانشگاه ها به منظور حرکت به سمت نوآوری باز شناسایی و معرفی شده اند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The main purpose of this research is to design an open university paradigm model based on the open innovation paradigm which has been done by the foundation data method.
Methods: The data collection tool is a structured and semi-structured interview with 10 experts and researchers in this field who were selected by theoretical sampling method. In this research, the paradigm model of open university innovation has been designed using the data theory approach of the foundation. Based on the interviews, 446 key points, 130 open codes, 26 pivot codes, and 6 selection codes were extracted based on systematic approach variables.
Results: According to the research findings, the central category or phenomenon in question is "open university innovation". Causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervention factors, strategies and consequences of open university innovation have been identified and introduced.
Conclusion: According to the research findings, the structures related to causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening factors, strategies and consequences have been identified and introduced to the charter of use of universities in order to move towards open innovation.
