بررسی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت آموزش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان: پژوهشی پدیدارشناسانه

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت آموزشی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوده است.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر پدیدارشناسی و میدان پژوهش شامل دانشجویان، اساتید، کارشناسان و مدیران دانشگاه فرهنگیان بود. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با استفاده از قاعده رایج "اشباع نظری" در روش‌های کیفی انتخاب شدند. بدین ترتیب حجم مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش، شامل 21 نفر از اعضای میدان پژوهش بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از الگوی چندمرحله‌ای کولایزی استفاده شد. جهت بررسی روایی داده­های حاصل از مصاحبه­ها نیز از دو معیار اعتبارپذیری و تأییدپذیری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش شامل 150 مفهوم فرعی، 19 مقوله اصلی و 7  مقوله محوری حاصل شدند. مقوله­های اصلی شامل گزینش مناسب استاد و دانشجو، صلاحیت حرفه‌ای اساتید، زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی، محتوای آموزشی مناسب تربیت ‌معلم، صلاحیت حرفه‌ای دانشجو معلمان، توانمندسازی اساتید و انگیزه بخشی به اساتید و دانشجویان بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه‌به یافته­های پژوهش فوق می‌توان به این نتیجه دست‌یافت که ارتقای کیفیت آموزش در دانشگاه فرهنگیان ماهیتی چندوجهی داشته و سرمایه‌گذاری هم‌زمان در این وجوه زمینه‌ساز ایجاد کیفیت آموزش است. کیفیت آموزش در  گرو آن است که دوقطبی‌هایی نظری یا عملی، محتوا محوری یا فعالیت محوری، تخصص یا تعهد و سلامت بدنی یا روانی باید در راستای تقویت کیفیت آموزش به‌گونه‌ای هماهنگ عمل نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The present phenomenological study aimed to examine the factors affecting the quality of education at Farhangian University.
Methods: Therefore, semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect the information from 21 participants, including students, professors, experts, and managers of Farhangian University, who were selected using the purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation. Colaizzi's multistage method was used to analyze the data. Then, the validity and reliability of the study were examined.
Results: In the next stage, 150 sub-concepts, 19 main categories, and 7 major categories were obtained. The main categories comprised the appropriate selection of professors and students, the professional competence of professors, physical infrastructure, the appropriate educational content for teacher training, the professional competence of student teachers, the empowerment of professors, and motivating the professors and students.
Conclusion: The results showed that improving the quality of education at Farhangian University has a multifaceted nature, and paying attention to its different aspects can improve the quality of education. The quality of education depends on some dichotomies such as theory or practice, content or activity, expertise or commitment, and physical health or mental health. It can be improved if dichotomies work in a coordinated manner.
