بررسی تجارب دانشجویان از یادگیری به شیوه کلاس معکوس مجازی: مطالعه‌ای پدیدارشناسانه

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تجارب دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان از یادگیری به شیوه کلاس معکوس مجازی است.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش به شیوه کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل ۸۴ نفر از دانشجو معلمان رشته دبیری دانشگاه فرهنگیان بیرجند بود. با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش، از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد که با مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته ۱۰ نفر از دانشجومعلمان درنیمسال اول سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰، داده‌های اخذشده به اشباع رسید. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از روش کلایزی و از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا ۱۱ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از تجارب دانشجومعلمان در ۷ مضمون اصلی شامل ارتقاء سواد دیجیتال، تحول در یادگیری، ارتباطات‌آموزشی و روابط بین فردی، پیامدهای تربیتی و رفتاری، متناسب و شخصی‌سازی یادگیری، مدیریت دانش و چالش‌های فناوری دسته‌بندی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: تجارب زیسته دانشجومعلمان دانشگاه فرهنگیان نشان داد که کلاس معکوس مجازی، سبب تحول در یادگیری آن­ها شده است؛ به گونه ای که دانشجویان یادگیری خود را متناسب با ویژگی‌های شخصی و سرعت خود هدایت کرده‌ و در حوزه مدیریت دانش اقدامات مثبتی انجام داده‌اند. سطوح ارتباطات آموزشی و روابط بین فردی و سواد دیجیتال آن‌ها افزایش پیدا کرده است. همچنین کلاس معکوس مجازی پیامدهای تربیتی و رفتاری در ابعاد مثبت و منفی برای دانشجومعلمان به همراه داشته است.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this research is to investigate the experiences of Farhangian University student-teachers of learning in the virtual flipped classroom.
Methods: This research was conducted in a qualitative and phenomenological way. The statistical population of the research included 84 student teachers in the field of secretarial studies at Farhangian University of Birjand. According to the nature of the research, the purposeful sampling method was used, and with the semi-structured interview of 10 student-teachers in the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022, the obtained data reached saturation. For the analysis of the collected data, Colaizzi method and MAXQDA11 software were used.
Results: After extracting and subject classification, seven main themes and 49 sub-themes were identified. The main themes included the use of software and educational content, content production, use of educational systems, data management and transfer, educational communication, equipment management and time management.
Conclusion: The lived experiences of the student teachers of Farhangian University showed that the virtual reverse class has caused a transformation in their learning; In such a way that students have guided their learning according to their personal characteristics and speed and have taken positive actions in the field of knowledge management. The levels of educational communication and interpersonal relationships and their digital literacy have increased. Also, the virtual reverse class has brought educational and behavioral consequences in positive and negative dimensions for student teachers.
