چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف« بررسی تطبیقی آخرین تحولات سرفصل‌های دوره دکتری مدیریت آموزش عالی ایران با چند دانشگاه منتخب دنیا » انجام شده است. سه پرسش اساسی در کانون توجه پژوهشگران بوده است: 1) محتوای برنامه درسی دوره دکتری مدیریت آموزش عالی در دانشگاه های سطح جهان و دانشگاه های ایران چیست؟ 2) چه تفاوت‌هایی بین محتوای برنامه درسی دوره دکتری مدیریت آموزش عالی در دانشگاه‌های سطح جهان و دانشگاه های ایران وجود دارد؟ و 3)براساس محتوای برنامه درسی دوره دکتری مدیریت آموزش عالی دانشگاه های سطح جهان، چه پیشنهادات کاربردی برای به روزرسانی محتوای برنامه درسی این رشته در دانشگاه های ایران می توان ارائه داد؟
روش پژوهش: به منظور پاسخگویی به پرسش‌های یاد شده از روش رایج برودی(1977) در مطالعات تطبیقی بهره گرفته شد. واحد تحلیل در این پژوهش، محتوای برنامه های درسی بود و از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی- تحلیل اسناد در چارچوب و مراحل حاکم بر مطالعات تطبیقی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: در این راستا برنامه های درسی 19 دانشگاه تا حد اشباع اطلاعات مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و سپس در سایه ی همجواری و مقایسه‌ی آن ها به ارائه پیشنهادات پرداخته است.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد می توان در راستای بهسازی برنامه درسی رشته، در تعریف و تخصیص واحدهای نظری و عملی در زمینه کارآموزی، مسائل معاصر آموزش عالی، آموزش عالی بین المللی، جنبه های حقوقی در آموزش عالی، شبیه سازی نقش ریاست دانشگاهی و روانشناسی در آموزش عالی تامل نمود.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The present study was carried out with the purpose of " A comparative study of the latest developments in the topics of the doctoral course in higher education management in Iran with some selected universities in the world ". Three basic questions have been in the focus of researchers' attention: 1) What is the content of the higher education management doctorate curriculum in world-class universities and Iranian universities? 2) What are the differences between the content of the higher education management doctorate curriculum in world-class universities and Iranian universities? and 3) based on the content of the curriculum of the doctorate course in higher education management of world-class universities, what practical suggestions can be made to update the content of the curriculum of this field in Iranian universities?
Methods: In order to answer the mentioned questions, the common method of Brody (1977) was used in comparative studies. The unit of analysis in this research was the content of the curricula and the method of qualitative content analysis - document analysis was used in the framework and stages governing comparative studies.
Results: In this regard, the curricula of 19 universities were studied to the extent of information saturation, and then suggestions were made in the shadow of their proximity and comparison.
Conclusion: The findings of the study showed that in order to improve the curriculum of the field, in the definition and allocation of theoretical and practical units in the field of internship, contemporary issues of higher education, international higher education, legal aspects in higher education, simulating the role of university president and thought about psychology in higher education.
