مؤلفه‌های یک دانشگاه بین‌المللی: ارائه یک الگوی مفهومی عملیاتی

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفه ­های بین ­المللی ­سازی دانشگاه­ها می­باشد.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر روش مرور سیستماتیک (فرا ترکیب) می­باشد. طبق این تکنیک، مرور دقیق و عمیقی از ادبیات تحقیق در مورد موضوع بین­المللی­سازی دانشگاه­ها انجام شده است و در نهایت یافته‌های پژوهش‌های مرتبط با هم ادغام و موردبررسی قرار گرفته ­اند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق مبتنی بر مقالات نهایی بررسی شده، منجر به استخراج 38 کد باز برای مجموع عوامل بین­المللی­سازی دانشگاه و 12 کدمحوری شامل: منابع انسانی (کارکنان/ اعضای هیأت علمی)، دانشجویان، آموزش و برنامه درسی، پژوهش، ارتباطات و همکاری­های بین ­المللی، ساختار سازمانی، رهبری و مدیریت، فرهنگ­سازی، زیرساخت­ها، بودجه و امور مالی، راهبرد بین­المللی و عوامل محیطی اثرگذار (عوامل اثرگذار خارجی) شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: دانشگاه­ها برای جامه عمل پوشاندن به اهداف گسترده خود و پیشرفت در محیط رقابتی امروزی نیازمند تلاش برای ایجاد وجهه بین­المللی و کسب اعتبار جهانی می­باشند. در این مسیر عواملی وجود دارند که نگاه ویژه به آن­ها در پدیده بین­ المللی ­سازی دانشگاه دارای اهمیتی مضاعف است، این عوامل در پژوهش حاضر با عنوان کدهای محوری شناسایی و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و مصادیق آن­ها جهت تبیین بهتر موضوع بیان شدند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The objective of this research is to identify the dimensions and components of the internationalization of universities.
Methods: The method of the present research is a systematic review method. According to this technique, a detailed and in-depth review of the research literature on the issue of internationalization of universities has been done and finally the findings of related researches have been integrated and examined.
Results: The findings of the research based on the final reviewed articles led to the extraction of 38 open codes for the total factors of university internationalization and 12 main codes including: human resources (staff/ faculty members), students, education and curriculum, research, International communication and cooperation, organizational structure, leadership and management, culturalize, infrastructures, budget and financial affairs, international strategy and effective environmental factors (external influencing factors).
Conclusion: Universities must work to establish an international reputation and win recognition on a global scale in order to achieve their overarching objectives and advance in today's competitive atmosphere. The phenomena of university internationalization has some aspects that are of double importance. These factors were recognized and studied in the current research as main codes, and their examples were provided to help illustrate the subject.
